The workshops will be lead by Sport Psychologist Serena MacLeod and the introductory session will include an Olympic Athlete.

Serena has delivered mental performance support to athletes of all ages, abilities, and competitive levels—from grassroots to elite. Her work focuses on developing both the athlete and the individual, equipping athletes with practical, evidence-based strategies to perform at their best in sport and life. As a Chartered Sport Psychologist in the UK, Serena supported athletes, coaches, and parents across leading organisations, including Manchester City FC, Reading FC Academy, Swim England, UK Athletics, and Oxford University. She now works with Canada Soccer (Men’s U17 National Team), The Royal Ballet, and private clients through her consultancy, Cognitive Performance, based in Mississauga, Ontario.
